Lost Passport or Documents

  1. 1 Report the loss to local police (110) and get a report number.
  2. 2 Contact your country's embassy in Beijing or nearest consulate.
  3. 3 Notify WellMeet — we can provide a support letter.
  4. 4 Use the embassy phone list below for your country.

Personal Safety Situation

  1. 1 Call 110 (police) or move to a public, crowded area.
